Return and refund policy
All products can be returned and customers can get a complete refund from us, however it has to meet the following criterions:
- The products must not be used
- The products must not be tampered with
- The products should have their original packaging and label attached
- Must return a product within 24 hours of having it delivered.
To return a product you must,
Send an email stating the reason for the return
Soon we will pick the product up and only after the product quality check, we shall process the refund procedure in 3-5 working days. Please provide your bank account details to us in your email.
