Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Tanushree Beauty Products & Gift Centre, we deeply value our customers and aim to ensure a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible return and exchange policy. Please go through the details below before initiating a return or exchange.

1. Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you can request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery. The following conditions must be met for your return to be eligible:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Seals and labels must be intact and not tampered with.
  • Items like personal care products (e.g., cosmetics, skincare), opened beauty tools, and custom gift items are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Return requests must be made within 7 days via our website or by contacting our customer support.

Once approved, we will arrange a pickup. If pickup is not serviceable in your area, you may need to ship the product to us at your own cost.

2. Refund Policy

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.

Please Note:

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the same payment account.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, bank account details will be required to process the refund.
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

3. Exchange Policy

If you’d like to exchange an item due to damage, defect, or if you’ve received the wrong product, we offer a 7-day exchange window from the delivery date. Please note:

  • The product must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.
  • Only one exchange per order is allowed.

4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange:

  • Email us directly
  • Include your order number, product name, and reason for return/exchange.

Our team will evaluate your request and coordinate pickup or return steps. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange accordingly.

5. Important Notes

  • Items purchased during sales or promotional offers may not be eligible for return or exchange.
  • Any returned product not meeting the above criteria will be returned to the customer at their own expense.
  • Tanushree Beauty Products & Gift Centre reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
